We are two people who love to cook, love to eat and love to talk about cooking and eating. We currently live in Los Angeles, which is of course where we spend so much time doing all of that cooking and eating. With no formal culinary training, our prowess in the kitchen is primarily led by our internal yum factor. Measuring implements are fine and dandy, but it’s easier to eyeball and keep tasting until it’s perfect. Or at least pretty close.
